Alves, the Committee wish to recommend to the Secretary of State Kiss F. Parkinson for the appointment as a Nurse in the liong Kong Medical Department.
Herewith I enclose Miss Parkinson's application form and papers and beg to say she will be prepared to leave for Hong Kong the second week in September.
